TERM OF SERVICE

Process

1/ Contact me via DMs (X) or email.
2/ We will discuss the commission details and price.
3/ Payment is required upfront: full payment for commissions under $100, or 50% upfront for commissions $100 and above.
4/ Please send a payment screenshot after transfer.
5/ I will start working on the sketch.
6/ After the sketch is approved, the remaining 50% (if applicable) must be paid before I continue to the final stage.
7/ Once completed, the final artwork will be delivered via Google Drive with an accessing link.

Payment

_ Accepted payment method: PayPal only.
_ Payment note required:
+ When you transfer me full payment:
Commission to Mry from [Your X name/email]
+ When you transfer me the 50% up front:
Commission deposit to Mry from [Your X name/email]
+ When you transfer me the rest:
Commission final to Mry from [Your X name/email]
_ Please include the correct payment note as instructed. Payments without clear notes may be rejected.
_ Work will only begin once payment is confirmed.

Content Policy

_ My art is character-focused and best suited for female characters.
_ NSFW available.
_ NO artificial intelligence (AI) involved in my arts.
_I do not draw complex backgrounds (only simple or necessary elements).
_ I reserve the right to refuse:
+ Hateful or harassing content
+ Religious or political attacks
+ Any form of discrimination or abuse
+ Content involving incest or other unethical themes
+ Standard artwork resolution is 2000×2500; custom sizes are available up to 5000×5000.

Deadline Policy

_ I have right to accept urgent commission or not.
_ Artwork begins after all payment and discussion are settle, with a deadline between 1-2 weeks.

Workflow & Delivery

_ Before I sketch , please request me if you need a timeslapse record.
_ Work begins only after all required information and payment are received.
_ Work-in-progress (WIP) previews can be provided upon request.
_ Sketch and WIP previews include watermarks .
_ Final artwork will be delivered in high resolution via Google Drive.
_ Source files are not included unless agreed upon and paid separately.

Refunds and Chargebacks

_ All payments are non-refundable once work has started.
_ Any chargeback or dispute will result in immediate cancellation and loss of future service.
_ Clients are advised to keep all records (TOS, order confirmation, payment receipts).

Usage Rights

_ Artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights are discussed and purchased..
_ In commercial cases:
+ The artist retains full copyright.
+ Usage is limited to agreed purposes only.
+ Profit will be shared at [XX% Artist / XX% Organizer], with clear reporting.
+ No edits, resale, or redistribution without permission.
+ Credit is required. Violation will result in license termination.
+ I reserve the right to share completed work in my portfolio and social media.
+ Client privacy will be respected upon request.

Communication Rules

_ Clear and timely communication is required.
_ Delays caused by missing or unclear information are not my responsibility.
_ No response for 14+ days may be considered commission abandonment (no refund).
_ Harassment, insults, or abusive behavior will result in cancellation without refund.

Right to Refuse

_ I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission before work starts.
_ In this case, a full refund will be issued.
